Ethnic Flavors + Jazz = ?

Thelonious Monkfish!! A little daunted by the massive menu, it took us a while to decide on our order. There were a lot of interesting flavor combinations (see below). Still not sure if I understand the whole Asian food + jazz theme, but I guess they pulled it off...

lychees stuffed w minced chicken

sleeping beauty roll (one of the fairy tale sushi rolls)

crispy salmon cashew nut (so good)

mr. snuffleupagus' favorite dish (enough said)

mad monk noodles (white pepper bring one to the edge of madness)
