I've made it clear I think Boston is lagging behind in the food scene. For instance, gastropubs have taken over Philly (not sure about NYC; I will have to consult General Tso), but there seems to be a dearth of them in Boston. And I don't think its because people don't like them here.
JM Curley has been open a couple months and its already quite popular. See:
this article found in the Boston Globe last week. The food is good too. All I have to say is: popcorn with buffalo butter.
