Pigging out in Prague


goose liver aka foie gras for peasants
goulash
circle bread and hot wine

pork knee is surprisingly meaty. we made it through half and got laughed at by the locals

she insisted on ordering the infamous "grog" (rum in hot water) even after the waiter told us it was gross

more goulash, this time in a bread bowl
