After a 24 hours of starvation thanks to my job, I made the trip to Morse Fish Company for dinner. I got fried scallops, but I was kind of disappointed. I thought the scallops got lost in the fried crust. I think I'll take my scallops seared from now on. I don't know if I really like fried food all that much. It can be heavy and greasy, not always, but I feel that most of the time it just has that "fried" taste. Plus I can just feel my coronaries dying with every bite I take. The fried scallops definitely had that fast food fried kind for flavor that you expect from somewhere like KFC. I thought the dish needed more seasoning and spice. I might be back to buy some fresh fish to cook at home, otherwise on to the next!
