Pho Pasteur

What the pho! Its kind of sad that I just discovered pho, living so close to chinatown for the past 4 years. I'll try not to make too many pho jokes during this post. Anyways, I had an after work pick-me-up meal from Pho Pasteur a couple days ago. I got Chicken Curry Vermicelli, better known as Number 29. The broth was spicy, the veggies were crisp, and chicken was flavorful. Although I've only eaten it a couple times, pho is one of those homey dishes that just makes you happy by eating it. I'm still working on my pho-eating technique, so I'll be back soon, pho sho.
